My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room I had was nice, but without a view to the valley, which was a bit disappointing. The service was excellent, with staff always eager to help, although the communication about the restaurant was a bit confusing. The location was beautiful but a bit uphill and away from the town center. The dining options were limited, but the staple dishes were satisfactory. The facilities were decent, and I enjoyed the huge balcony in my room.

The hotel offers rooms with magnificent balcony views but can get extremely hot in the afternoons. The service is top-notch with friendly and helpful staff, especially Annabella. The location, although far from the town, provides a tranquil setting and a fabulous view over the Douro river. The dining options are limited, but the fresh fruit and orange juice are a plus.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room had a nice deck with two chairs where I could enjoy the stunning mountain view, and it was very clean and comfortable, although slightly on the small side. The modern decor made it feel fresh and welcoming.
